審計與填寫香港報稅表格 Auditing and Hong Kong Taxation
根據《香港公司條例》和《稅務條例》，在香港設立的公司必須在每個會計年度對其財務報告進行合規審計，以履行相關的納稅申報義務。According to the “Hong Kong Companies Ordinance” and “Inland Revenue Ordinance”, companies established in Hong Kong are required to conduct compliance audits on their financial reports in each fiscal year in order to fulfill relevant tax reporting obligations.

我們會將利得稅報稅表連同核數師報告、稅務計算及附表提交給稅務局。We will submit the Profits Tax Return together with the Auditors’ Report, Tax Computation, and the supporting schedule to Inland Revenue Department.

Accounting and Bookkeeping
第 51C 條 – 每名在香港經營某行業、專業或業務的人，須就其入息及開支以英 文或中文備存足夠的紀錄，以便其應評税利潤能易於確定。法例規定須記錄每項 業務交易的某些指定資料。業務紀錄所關乎的交易完結後，須將該紀錄保留為期 最少 7 年。這項條文不適用於已解散的法團。
Section 51C of the Inland Revenue Ordinance requires every person carrying on a trade, profession, or business in Hong Kong to keep sufficient records in the English or Chinese language of his income and expenditure to enable to assess profits to be readily ascertained, and such records shall be retained for a period of not less than 7 years.
